Dr Ravindranath Kunjithai
Associate Vice President and Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs

He leads a team that is responsible for providing scientific communication regarding the products, lead/conduct clinical trials, provide medical information/education, and guide products through the regulatory pathway.

Prior to his role in Sayre Therapeutics Ravi held a leadership role in Novartis Healthcare in its Global Medical Operations in India. He was responsible for building up and successfully launching teams that worked closely with Global Medical Affairs team based in Europe and the US. The teams worked in the Medical Information and publication related activities of existing/pipeline products in multiple therapy areas. Ravi was recognized for his contribution in this leadership role in India.

Before that Ravi was part of the well-known Indian Biotech company – Biocon, as a Medical Director. Ravi was responsible for managing the Medical Affairs team of the company. The highlights of his tenure in this organization were building an effective MSL team and successful launching pens for administration of insulin.

Ravi loves to travel with his family and capture his unique experiences in his camera. Enjoys reading, running and fiddling with gizmos.
